To get a commission, adopt, or trade accepted from me, you have to read all and accept the following TOS.

BASICS
________________________Upon reading my TOS, you must know and understand these basic points:________________________★

★________________________》You must be 18+ or have parents permission to use their PayPal if you wish to purchase a commission.

》I have the right to use/show the work in anyway I wish, of course since it is made by myself; in a portfolio, an example, showcase, etc.

》I have EVERY RIGHT to decline a trade or commission if I feel like it's breaks a rule, untrustworthy, etc.

》If your commission/trade has somehow ended up being forgotten or taking too long (which can happen due to personal work and a job), politely send me a PM or email asking about it and I'll give you an update/progress and will finish it up right away.

》Please do not rush me on the work, especially right after the confirmation. I will cancel and refund if that is the case, but I won't take another commission from you. Be respectful and patient.

》I have the ability to screenshot our conversation if I get suspicious or just in general. This is not trying to go against you as a person, but only for the safety of not being scammed. Do not fear this this if you're trustworthy!

》Should a chargeback be filed on anything I sell without previous discussion or my consent, I will fight the charge and take back the adopt/custom or resell a commissioned art piece and use it as a YCH.
You will lose all rights to the artwork/adopt and you will also be heavily blacklisted publicly.

》My artwork can NOT be sold for commercial use without my permission.

》You are to NOT sell or use my art as an NFT or ask me to make anything related to NFTS.

》You are to NOT EVER use my art in any sort of AI tool.

》Never remove or change my signature/credit on the piece. That will leave you heavily blacklisted and reported.

》You are only allowed to use the work for show, sharing with others, in your OC's art list, PFP, and light referencing. (All has to have credit of course).

》 You cannot use my art for commercial use without permission.

》Do not alter the piece in any way without my permission.

》You are to NOT claim my work as your own or as another's.________________________
Payment/Refunding
Process and Communication
________________________Read below to know about how payment works and my current refund policy:________________________★

★________________________》I only take USD for my commissions/adopts/customs! Payment will only be through Ko-fi or PayPal!

》You need to pay me upfront. I will NOT FINISH it before getting paid completely!

》During the process and after I have accepted your commission, there will be emails/PMs sent back to you confirming the details for said commission. This being all the details you want exactly, if there is anything else I need to know before starting, etc. This is to ensure if I am getting everything done correctly and to keep communication!

》You must confirm your purchase before AND after sending the money so it ensures that everything is correct and that I can get to work! (If sending money through PayPal, this will come in as an invoice.)

》If sending through PayPal; when the purchase has been made and has gone through, I will send you a receipt like email that will confirm your purchase of my commission to show that it was you who made it, and to make it clear that your money has gone through.(If you don't receive this email within the next 24 hours of sending the money, please contact me via email or social media to check up in case it hasn't gone through to me.)

★________________________REFUNDING________________________》If you would like a refund, please contact me first to resolve the issue.

》Refunds MUST be talked about BEFORE the commission is finished.

》I will issue a refund to you if the problem is unfixable, and you are unhappy with the WIP and don't wish to proceed further or if I'm unable to finish it on time/at all.

》Though, if a mistake is made on your piece, tell me right away and I'll fix it! Communication is key, so I will send you work in progress updates to make sure everything is all good on your order!

》I will not refund you once the final commission piece has been completed.

》Refunds are not allowed for adoptables. But are allowed for customs. If you're unhappy with the final design and don't believe it's fixable, I will issue a refund and use that character for an adoptable. (Though WIP's will still be provided for the custom throughout, so if something needs changing, let me know before wanting a refund is in topic!)

》Returns/revisions/exchanges are not an option.

Commissions

》You must credit me for the artwork if shown/posted!

》I will ONLY EMAIL back the complete commission from the same account used to pay from! (On Ko-Fi, it shows the email connected to the PayPal you used.) This is to prove you recieved it and that the payment was legit by you.

》 I have the right to decline any commission if its uncomforting or if I am unable to draw what was sent.

》If the art has to be done by a specific day, you must let me know way before the date so I can plan more accordingly when working on it. Tell me this before I accept the commission.

》I will not do commissions mocking other artist's styles.

》If you want your commission to stay hidden and not posted publicly, let me know.

Adopts/Customs

》Once you have purchased your adopt/custom, you now own that character! You are free to use, draw, write, etc. about the character however you please!

》I do however keep the copyright of the artwork used in the original refsheet/artwork. This means you may own the character but are not the official designer.

》You must credit me as the original designer of the character and of the original refsheet (if the character was made by me.)

》You are not allowed to remove my credit from the original refsheet/design.

》You are also not allowed to use my original artwork of the character in commercial use such as merch, only use your own or if given permission.

》If the character I sold you was originally made from another user and not by me, I will provide you the original users username, and you must give credit to them.

》If the character sold was of an original species of mine or of another, you must be aware and follow the rules of said species.

》Refunds for adopts are not allowed. However refunds are possible for customs. Check the "Payment/Refunds" tab in the TOS page for more info.________________________★

________________________REDESIGNING________________________》It it allowed as long as the character still has the main design associations with said original character! Slight altercations and items added are allowed in redesigning.

》If the character IS being completely redesigned and made newly, you are allowed to sell the old design for whatever as long as it don't break any of the selling rules! (Scroll down to the "Selling" category for more information here.)

》You are not to redesign the character right after purchasing just to sell the old character design for more.

》If the character is from a certain species of mine or another, you MUST research it first if you are to add certain traits to the character. You must ASK before adding anything that may be rare to said species!

》Some traits are not available for adding. As stated before, you must ask and research before adding traits to an adopted species character!

》If it's a real animal character or mythical creature (that isn't an original made species online), you may add any new traits as you wish!

》You must still credit me for the original design, and as the original maker of the OC.________________________★

★________________________SELLING________________________》A claimed design/custom must be paid for within 24 hours, otherwise I will put them back up for sale for another user to buy; and must be paid for by a single user. I will not accept multiple payments.

》You are to not sell the character for more than you have purchased it for within a span of 1 year. This is to keep from it being a scam, and sold for more right after purchasing.

》You are allowed to sell the character for any price from that point on (1 year or more) if it has a higher value than when it was purchased. (Ex: Has a lot of art, a plushie made, a suit/costume, etc.)

》The character is allowed to be sold/given as a gift to whoever you please, under these circumstances: The person is aware that I'm the original creator, (if it's an original species of mine) they must understand the rules of said species, and they should be aware of my TOS.________________________
Blacklist-able Offenses
________________________Below are examples of what you done to get blacklisted.
This will put you on a possible public watchlist to warn others.________________________★

★________________________》Taking the credit off my art/claiming art is yours or another's.

》Showing art with no credit on purpose (If accidently, then that's ok! Just fix it afterwards!)

》Copying/Tracing my work and posting without credit.

》Attempting to scam me through the commissioning/adopt process or through a false chargeback.

》Selling an adopt or custom for more than you purchased it for right after buying it.

》Not paying me for a commission.

》Forcing a refund after agreeing with the WIP and after recieving the final piece.

》Being rude and disrespectful during the trade/commission process.

》Not finishing your trade after mine was already finished.

》Spamming me constantly.
